Join Our Team

Join our team as a Night Manager, working across our two properties to ensure the overall night activities of the Hotel are in accordance with our policies and procedures. Assist in the day-to-day operation and administration of the department.

The Role

In this role, you'll be supporting Front Office procedures, offering guidance to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining policies, managing hotel inventory, addressing customer concerns, fostering teamwork, overseeing amenities, and promoting safety. Dive into statistical analysis, including revenue audits, and nurture open communication between departments, promoting a collaborative environment. Additionally, you'll assist with tasks like In Room Dining and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. 

About You

  • Previous experience and an understanding of Hotel Front Office Operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in a Business-related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in leading professional hospitality teams within large corporate organisations, or site property.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing productive relationships and managing and driving change.
  • Open Qld Driver's License is Preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
