Bayley House has a long history of providing services in Bayside Melbourne having been in operation in Brighton since 1951. The organisation actively supports people living with an intellectual disability to realise and reach their goals and dreams, encouraging connections and engagement with friends, family and the community.
About the role
Characterised by recent unprecedented growth, the development of a new 5-year Strategic Plan and a strong executive leadership team, the organisation seeks to appoint at least one new Non-Executive Director to ensure Bayley House has the optimal mix of knowledge, skills and experience for the organisation’s long-term success.
Bayley House welcomes applications from individuals with governance qualifications, board experience and expertise in one of the following areas: legal, marketing, finance or risk. You are known to be highly professional, have excellent communication skills and networking abilities. You share Bayley House’s values and may have lived or personal experience of intellectual disability. You seek to be part of an organisation making a positive impact and where your contribution will make a genuine difference.
