The opportunity
This role will be a varied support role that provides operational and administrative assistance to the Customer Resolution Team. The main purpose of the role will be to support IDR case management workflow to ensure the team is delivering timely responses and resolutions to complaints.
The role will also provide added administrational support such as collating completing reconciliation between systems, compensation payments for finance and reporting support for the team.
How you will make an impact:
Undertaking case extraction, upload and task creation and investigation support activities required to support the activities of the Customer Resolution Team
Handling confidential and sensitive customer information appropriately and contributing to maintain effective quality and risk controls
Communicate with customers and stakeholders in writing and by telephone
Foster strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholder groups, both internal and external to the business
Maintain team inbox and manage escalations in a timely manner
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience in an administrational role within the financial services environment
Excellent time management skills and communication skills
Demonstrated skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to move between tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines with high attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
Able to work autonomously
