Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced NSW Scheduling Supervisorto join our team. We are searching for a strategic minded person to fill the role in this newly vacant position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing routine staff rosters planning a month in advance but also being able to coordinate driver replacements, managing external bookings, payroll and being engaged in an on-call rotation.
This position requires the successful applicant to dedicate their time in managing staff operating Trainlink Regional Coach Services as well as charter vehicles. This position comes with opportunities to travel to our various depots across regional NSW.
Whilst this position is mostly scheduling and data entry, it is imperative that the successful applicant can think fast, has strong skills in strategic thinking, can multitask and comply to strict contractual requirements.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's Licence, Heavy Vehicle Licence not necessary but would be considered advantageous to currently hold or be willing to obtain
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry but not essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong knowledge of OH&S standards and regulations or willingness to learn
- Willingness to obtain an Accreditation in Drug and Alcohol testing with help from BusBiz
- Successful applicant must reside in the Dubbo region
