About our client and the role.
Our client is a national HVAC contractor who specializes in the service, maintenance and construction of commercial & industrial HVAC systems.
They have a strong market presence, operating in every state across government, healthcare, central plant, commercial Highrise and shopping centers.
They have been operating for over 20 years with have a strong senior management team & structure they can offer a great career for a senior accounts | service manager looking to step into a state managers role.

Day to Day duties but not limited to.
Managing the service, operations and NSW budget
Assisting with the growth of NSW through service and minor works
Managing three director reports I.E Team leaders and account managers
Experience managing medium to large PnL's circa $10 million
Strong management experience
Strong understanding of pricing and systems| process'
Recruitment and business growth
Understanding of strategy and business planning
Selection Criteria.
Trade qualified in HVAC
Strong time management
4 -5 years HVAC service management experience
Strong financial experience
Two recent references
