The Opportunity
At NOMAD Group, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate individual to take on the pivotal role of NSW Venues Operations Manager. This position presents a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our dynamic and rapidly evolving hospitality group.
Our ideal candidate will have
Extensive demonstrated experience as a Hospitality Restaurant, General or Operations manager.
Effective leadership abilities for mentoring and guiding venue management teams.
Proficiency in financial oversight, payroll adherence, and staff development.
Experience in planning and executing training initiatives across various departments.
Strong communication skills to represent senior leadership and engage with stakeholders.
Demonstrated talent nurturing skills, including identifying and fostering junior team members.
Proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences, managing feedback, and coordinating events.
Adaptability to support venues as required, ensuring seamless operations.
Dedication to workplace safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.
