X-Ray & Imaging (XRI) is a specialist radiology provider with practices across the beautiful Sunshine Coast and is part of Integral Diagnostic (IDX Group); we operate quality comprehensive practices including CT, BMD, X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI and Nuclear Medicine. X-Ray and Imaging have 6 sites conveniently located across the Sunshine Coast, as well asa brand new state of the art fully comprehensive practice based at the new Noosa Civic Medihub set to open this year! Our new Noosa site will also boast a brand new digital PET machine- be part of setting up a new service offering!
About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at our new practice on a full time basis working Monday to Friday.
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard. You will have an awareness of all aspects of radiation safety as they pertain to the practices of general Nuclear Medicine. Recent graduates with one or two years of experience are encouraged to apply!

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Qld Radiation Use Licence
- Experience with PET (including setting up a new service) would be highly desirable.
- Diagnostic CT Accreditation is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional patient care.
