The Role & Responsibilities:  We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and customer-focused retail leader to join us as Store Manager at our amazing store in Eastgardens! Access to our Employee Benefits program which includes Employee Assistance Program Discounted Gym Memberships & Health Insurance packages Work amongst premium product alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads/ fashion stylists Opportunity to progress within the business and receive ongoing training and support Responsibilities include: Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning Problem solving and ability to provide solutions Produce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reports Roster Management and payroll approval Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member To be successful you will have the following: The successful candidate will have strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethos Ability to work full time Tuesday to Saturday roster Proven retail management experience Leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual High level of written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations Adaptable and supportive At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
