About the role:
The successful Nurse manager will be working across both community and Inpatient services of Manning mental health.
You will be leading a team of progressive leaders engaging and empowering to build passion, commitment and excellence in health service.
This position is a key nursing lead in Hunter New England Manning Mental Health services to coordinate and direct nursing standards of practice and models of care (across the lifespan) and to provide strategic advice towards the design, development and implementation of projects in the areas of community nursing and workforce planning.
Supported through local service manager, Mental Health operational manager. Peer network of Nurse managers and professional line support.

- Hold a current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with demonstrated experience at a senior nursing management level with relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
