About the Role
- Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience and clinical skills and follow evidence-based care to manage, diagnose and treat patients in the AED.
- Use specialised planning and assessment skills to develop a comprehensive management plan for implementing and evaluating interventions related to AED.
- Lead a portfolio to improve the care of patients within the AED.
- Demonstrate clinical thinking and reasoning and advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement to support the interprofessional team in the management and care of patients within the AED.
- Provide specialist level advice in the development of clinical practices, processes, procedures and protocols relating to patient flow within the AED.
