You will be accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of clinical practice and the provision of human and material resources. You will utilise your compassionate communication and leadership skills to positively engage, motivate and mentor team members to achieve best practice health outcomes for patients. You will have knowledge of change management and proven experience in achieving organisational change in a challenging and complex environment.
