The Role: 

A Full Time, Fixed Term role until Feb 2025 wherein an emerging or established leader has the opportunity to make their mark. 

Leading a team of experienced professionals you will be responsible for the management, direction, support and development of staff within the following established programs:

  • Hospital in the Home
  • Hospital Admission Risk Program
  • Wound Management
  • Stomal Therapy
  • Diabetes Education

This position works collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders including other community based service programs, inpatient units and the wider MBPH team. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Post graduate qualification relevant to the position (clinical or business)
  2. Previous experience with Community Programs beneficial but not essential
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in service development, problem solving and quality processes and activities.
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively build and support teamwork in an environment of change
