The Role:
A Full Time, Fixed Term role until Feb 2025 wherein an emerging or established leader has the opportunity to make their mark.
Leading a team of experienced professionals you will be responsible for the management, direction, support and development of staff within the following established programs:
- Hospital in the Home
- Hospital Admission Risk Program
- Wound Management
- Stomal Therapy
- Diabetes Education
This position works collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders including other community based service programs, inpatient units and the wider MBPH team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Post graduate qualification relevant to the position (clinical or business)
- Previous experience with Community Programs beneficial but not essential
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in service development, problem solving and quality processes and activities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively build and support teamwork in an environment of change
