Estia Health Tea Gardens is a modern and stylish single-level home, surrounded by landscaped gardens and natural bushland. Located in a quiet residential area just off Myall Street, it sits in front of a small lake, alongside Tea Gardens Grande retirement living. Seen as a beautiful and quiet area to live, close to the beach and Myall lakes, residents have often relocated to Estia Health Tea Gardens.
What is the opportunity?
As a Personal Carer trainee, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach;
- Create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Build relationships with our residents and visitors
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required

Your high quality of care assisting residents with their daily tasks, personal care and mobility is why we appreciate you!
To be successful you will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team environment;
