Absolute Therapy Supports is looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to work with our participants in the Medicare, Work Cover and NDIS sector. You will be supported in a multidisciplinary team, and provided with mentoring should you want it. Hours are flexible, so as to ensure a healthy work-life balance. We pride ourselves on having a healthy work culture. We do not set minimum KPI's. We have a stable referral flow so there is plenty of work available for you
If preferred, Salary upon negotiation is an option.
Our contractual arrangement is at 70% of your billing. There are plenty of perks along side this such as support with necessary resources

Absolute Therapy Supports is a growing Medicare and NDIS provider based in Western Sydney. We aim to provide holistic, multidisciplinary supports using a 'Client-focused' approach. The goal is for our clients to enjoy the maximum possible benefit from our services offered so that they can gain improved functional capacity and improved daily living. Our clients span across the lifespan and across the CALD community. We are rapidly growing, with further opportunities ahead. Whilst our positions are currently mobile and work from home, allowing for control over schedule and travel pay; an office is available for clients who need-so. We are also opening a clinic in the coming few weeks.

Job Role
- You would be providing occupational therapy to NDIS and Medicare clients across the lifespan. You will be supported by our multidisciplinary team. We have a varied caseload with an opportunity to meet many wonderful participants from all walks of life.
- To provide quality services to participants at their homes, schools, childcare centres, in our clinic coming soon etc - as organised between yourself and the participant
Qualifications & experience
Essential
- Have an Occupational Therapy degree with relevant registration - or eligible to attain this
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Working with Children Check and Police Check or eligible to apply
