We have opportunities available in Brisbane and the Gold Coast for you to join our dynamic and growing team of Allied Health Professionals.
As a staff member at Back On Track you will experience a varied clinical case-load, seeing a highly diverse range of community-based clients in their own homes. You will work with pre and post-operative clients to enable them to get "Back On Track"; with our wonderful elderly clients to assist them in maintaining their independence; and with our NDIS clients to help them attain their goals.
As a part of our commitment to your professional career development you will receive monthly one-on-one mentoring with a professional mentor; you will have opportunities for regular CPD events with the rest of the team and access to a training allowance to assist you to pursue further course-work.
