Manage your own OT caseload in a community setting working with adults and children with disabilities under NDIS funding model , working as part of a small therapy team
Provide OT assessment including functional capacity assessments, Assistive technology assessment/prescription, standardised assessments, outcome measures and Occupational therapy plans, interventions and reviews in line with evidence based practice
Therapy team leader role involves additional clinical supervision to therapy team member, strategic support to the therapy team, resource management and quality assurance for excellent practice standards across the team (flexible working roles considered)

Experience and qualifications required
Bsc Occupational therapy - Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA general registration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and use of client management systems
Current driver's licence
Ability to travel within the Wheatbelt , Great southern area as required
Desirable - experience working within an NDIS funding model and the disability sector
Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation
