The role
Working full-time part-time as an Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to support and own your client’s journey as they return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury. You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they have identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
In this role, you’ll be….
Utilise your clinical skills in a variety of ways across icare, CTP, non-comp Corporate and Govt functional education and training and ADLs across multiple schemes
Work collaboratively with CTP insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning and RTW
Using award winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great RTW outcomes
Providing preventative support to large corporate and Govt customers in the corporate wellbeing space
Spend 50% of your work week out and about meeting medical and treating parties, employers and clients

You will also have access to cars for travel, a salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 + super, an incentive scheme, laptop, mobile phone, the opportunity to purchase additional leave and salary sacrificing.
