Are you looking for a supervisor position within an established Occupational Therapist team?
We are helping an outstanding therapy provider who has a well-connected and passionate team of 10 therapists across the Hunter Valley region. Their mission is to provide evidence-based and personalised therapy to children and families. They are looking for a Team Leader who loves supervising and teaching others.
The position is based in Kurri Kurri however applicants can be based anywhere in the Hunter Valley region. Full-time or a minimum of 4 days per week with a negotiable starting date available.
Your responsibilities will be:
Providing clinical supervision for 4-5 therapists and managing a reduced caseload (ages 0-18)
Caseload/services include ASD, sensory processing, emotional regulation, trauma, social skills and behavioural issues
Opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest area
Working environments - clinic, community and working from home
You will be reporting to the Director of the company and the Clinic Manager
Why this role:
Earn between $90,000 - $110,000 + super (depending on experience)

What you will need:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
4+ years postgraduate experience
Drivers licence and own vehicle
