About the position:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will deliver crucial support and therapy, working closely with mental health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure cohesive and effective treatment.
• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in team meetings and case conferences, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach.
• Maintain detailed and current client documentation.
