We have been operating for over 20 years, providing high-quality services to people with disabilities and their families. We provide support to over 1,000 Victorians with disability.

  • Generous orientation support period.
    • No billable targets for your initial two months to allow you to meet the team, shadow other therapists, settle into the culture of Pinarc and learn new processes while building your caseload.
    • Billable target of 65% or 5 hours per full day- bonuses offered if achieving over target.

About the role: 
You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education and Support Services team; 

  • Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence based practice
  • Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
  • Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
  • Ensure clear customer documentation
  • Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
  • Actively participate in staff supervision process
  • For those with experience, opportunity to support other staff
  • Participate in student placements
  • Be solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor degree
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
