About the Role
Across regions and disciplines, our Team Leaders are the link between State Managers and Associate and Senior Clinicians.
Lead by example in a caring interdisciplinary team that values mentorship, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities.
Key Duties
- Supervise Associate and Senior team members in both operational and clinical aspects of their caseload
- Be involved in payroll, statistical analysis and REM reviews of your team members, as well as high level operational training around caseloads and business development
- Deliver and organise continuing education initiatives across your discipline
- Monitor team performance and wellbeing outcomes
- Direct report to State Manager on team performance and expectations
- Balance referrals and caseloads across your team
- Dictate your schedule to suit your work/life balance
- Deliver mobile OT services to an NDIS, Aged Care and Private caseload
