Working with a local government council, this 12 month contract role has become available as a result of an internal secondment (gotta love that internal mobility!). Working within the OD & Capability team, the role has a key focus on enhancing organisational, leadership and individual capability by supporting the development and delivery of key OD initiatives.
One of key initiatives that this role will take ownership of is the company wide induction and on-boarding program. This involves continuously looking at how the program can be evolved and improved to deliver optimum impact and support in setting new starters up for success.
The role will also provide support with the implementation of company wide initiatives such as performance development, values and change management. In addition the role will also support the enhancement of the annual learning and development calendar.
As you can tell, the person who steps into this role will be busy with project based initiatives, while also balancing this out with cyclical OD activities. As a result, we're looking for someone who has similar experience juggling such priorities.
With your L&OD experience, you will be able to identify opportunities for improvement with a fresh set of eyes, but also get up to speed quickly with the variety of initiatives in play at the moment.
You may be an experienced OD Advisor looking to apply their experience in a new environment or possibly an OD Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career.
