Role Objectives:
- Provide support to the company Director
- Accounts management
- Managing billing transactions, reconciling accounts, and handling other financial responsibilities, not limited to: all payroll, Superannuation & BAS payments
- Manage deposits & receipts
- End of month reporting
- Oversee staff hours, creating work schedules where required
- Oversee the daily operations of the business
- Manage office stock/supplies
- Prepare accounts, SOP’s & manage company filing
- Update all insurances, policies & procedures – ensure all are up to date with current legislation
- Manage and update properties through the sale process via CRM’s/Organisation of settlements
- Prepare Sales Advice when required
- Liaise with vendors & third parties regarding administration of sales process
- May also provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales and property management teams
- Responding to accounts inquiries & managing email correspondence
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Possession of a current ACT Agent’s Representative Certificate, Real Estate Licence or Registration or willing to obtain
- A current driver’s licence with access to a reliable car
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous
- Attention to detail
- An ability to work under limited supervision
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Well presented and well spoken
- Business Qualification
- Finance/Bookkeeping Qualification or experience
Desirable:
- Experience in the real estate industry and/or experience in the local property market
- Relevant formal training
