Are you a fast learner? Independent? Ready to dig in and get the job done?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing person to support in the smooth running of our Support Office based in Mascot over 3 or 4 days a week.

You'll be our go-to support for all office related matters and assist our HR and Communications team with administrative tasks.

Tasks will include:
  • Purchasing office equipment & supplies
  • Mail/courier management
  • Management of office access passes
  • Answering general enquiries
  • General office tidying/meeting room maintenance
  • Managing office invoices
  • Maintaining image libraries, contacts lists & databases
  • Facilitating office social activities
  • Ad-hoc admin/projects with HR & Communications
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • At least 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Can-do/enthusiastic & positive attitude
  • A reliable and efficient approach
  • Professional presentation standards
  • Friendly, polite and confident communication style
  • Microsoft Office competency
  • Graphic design skills (and Canva experience) highly regarded!
In order to be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities evolve quickly. You will enjoy juggling competing priorities, demonstrate a high level of initiative, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and confidence liaising with management, the broader employee base and our visitors.

We are happy to discuss how the hours are worked over a week between Monday and Thursdays ( 3 or 4 days) with the right candidate, and are flexible about start and finish times.
