Thorsen Enterprises Pty Ltd T/A Thor Built are an established boutique building company. We create a large variety of construction and building projects including renovations, extensions, small commercial and high end architectural homes.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintaining the efficient running of the office operations including general administration
- Email management
- Formalising & issuing construction contracts
- Expense management
- Generate project specific documentation including WHS documents
- Issuing quotes, progress claims and invoices
- Liaising with architects, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Document management
- Other ad-hoc administration duties.

Key qualifications and characteristics include:
This is a diverse role with day to day administration duties, working closely with the business owner and independently.
- Ability to embrace a proactive approach to problem solving
- Superior written and verbal skills
- General knowledge of accounting processes using Xero or similar
- Computer literate with MS Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Construction background or knowledge preferred.
- Capable of working autonomously
