About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Administrator to join the team based at our Toowoomba head office.
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager you will be responsible for administration across our Head Office business including Management support, People and Culture, Operations, Health and Safety, Communications administration and Document Control.
You are an experienced administrator and prior experience in a similar role within the mining or resources industry would be of benefit.
Your duties will include:
- General administrative support to the MSS Senior Leadership Team
- Diary management as required
- Minute taking and
- Answering phone calls
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Tender support and preparation
- Back up support for our Mobilisation team.
- HR and HSE administrative support
- Maintenance of the Document Control registers.
- Preparation of the monthly newsletter
- Maintain records, registers, and procedures
- General administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in an Administration role.
- Intermediate MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer focus and service mindedness.
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
