We are currently looking for a young, committed person who would like to kickstart or boost their career in an administrative role. While we are not necessarily looking for an experienced person, some background in customer service; and sales and marketing will be highly beneficial.
The position requires you to provide exceptional customer service to students and the industry.
The role:
- Make and receive sales calls
- Generate business prospects from incoming leads
- Provide quality customer service
- Effectively manage your calendar to stay on top of the daily activities and follow-ups
- Maintain relevant information on various business software
- Carry out general administrative tasks effectively
What we are looking for:
- Background in sales and marketing - Not Mandatory
- Some background in the Vocational Education (RTO) industry - Not Mandatory
- High-level computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Take ownership of the task and explore ways to enhance the existing system and save time
