We have an exciting opportunity and we are on the hunt for the ideal candidate for a highly-efficient and enthusiastic Administrative Clerk. Previous experience in administrative role is preferred.
Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- General admin and reporting work
- Inputting, updating and maintaining data point
- Secretarial duties, including filing, closing of files & scanning
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Reports consolidation and follow up.
- Fulfil showroom outlets administration request
- Minutes taking in meetings
- Documents filings
- Monitor, prioritise and file incoming correspondence;
- Handle confidential information whilst employing appropriate discretion
- Handle basic sales queries
Ideal candidate would require:
- Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Packages (Words, Excel, etc), Google suites (Gmail, Google sheets, etc).
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work under deadlines and able to perform under pressure
- Work well autonomously, ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively
- “Can Do” Attitude and motivation to learn and develop
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Friendly and helpful disposition and positive attitude
