The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in the Liverpool area, to service a diverse customer base, including government organisations, Insurance, Job Networks and more.
Your role will encompass delivering excellence in customer service through the prompt and accurate processing of orders and enquiries via inbound calls and web-based orders and enquiries.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Computer literacy with good typing skills
- Confident telephone manner

- Reliable, with strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and team player

- Experience in a fast paced environment
