About the role:
Passionate about commercial deals and an excellent communicator, you will have an opportunity to step in to an internal phone based account management role. In this role you will manage key accounts over the phone and resolve customer queries and issues around invoices, pricing, products, supply chain or HSSE. You will be customer centric and love solving problems to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. You will partner with our key customers to understand their immediate business needs and then identify further commercial growth opportunities. About you:
You will be energetic, enthusiastic and outcomes focussed with a “can do” attitude. Developing relationships and solving problems will excite you. You will be driven, curious and be open to thinking differently to solve problems whilst maintaining relationship and delivering to the highest standard. You will love being on the phone and comfortable at managing multiple tasks and stakeholders and effectively prioritising for the best business outcomes. Experience in dealing with complex organisations with proficiency in MS Office suite & CRM tools
