We are seeking a full-time Office Junior to join our growing team to assist in providing administration support to our Customer Service Team. We are offering full-time hours - permanent to a suitable candidate of who will require a proactive & punctual personality that can work autonomously and within a team whilst ensuring all tasks are complete as per company requirements on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry of transport orders
- Liaising directly with customers about rail requirements
- Working through high volume of excel spreadsheets to ensure all information is registered and updated in a timely manner
- Assist with general office duties
- Answering phone calls
- Supporting team with Ad-hoc administration duties
