Office Manager required for a Commercial Business based in Cairns for a permanent position

Hays Recruitment are pleased to support the recruitment of a full-time permanent Office Manager for a well-known, commercial business based in Cairns. Working in an inclusive and fast-moving environment - this role will provide support primarily to the CEO, as well as the Senior Executive Team.
Your new role
As the Office Manager you will provide a high-level of administrative support to the CEO and the Executive team. You will be responsible for general office management duties such as coordination of meetings, duty travel arrangements, central point of contact for key stakeholders relating to the CEO, preparing, and distributing reports and agendas, maintaining stationary and more.
What you'll need to succeed
We seek to appoint a professional candidate with high level administration experience, previous EA or Office Manager experience. With exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills, Experience preparing reports, memo’s, letter writing, board report preparation along with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
