We're seeking a dedicated and proficient Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is perfect for a local professional who thrives in a flexible environment and is eager to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage office operations including filing, archiving, and bookkeeping tasks.
· Proficiently use Xero, Microsoft Office, and Excel for various administrative and financial tasks.
· Assist with day-to-day administrative duties and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in office administration, ideally within the Earthmoving & Civil Contracting industry.
· Strong proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general office software.
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Local candidates preferred with flexibility to work weekdays, with Friday availability essential.
