About us

The bespoke group is operating within multiple industries from Hospitality to construction and property development. Organica is a well-known Cafe, Restaurant & Patisserie in the inner-west and is currently extending Sydney -wide, with multiple upcoming locations.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 3 years as an office manager Minimum 2 years in a role with HR duties

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Hiring all levels of employees in head office
  • Collecting all Reports from the executive team
  • developing and implementing a register for any company property
  • Support the team for all administrative duties and requirements
  • Liaise with external stakeholders’ bankers, solicitors, centre managers
  • Meeting minutes & agenda for executive meetings
  • Leave – manage all head office leave
  • Insurances – personal, business and vehicles
  • Utilities – comparison of utilities finding the best deals
  • Head Office procedures and processes
