Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years as an office manager Minimum 2 years in a role with HR duties
Tasks & responsibilities
- Hiring all levels of employees in head office
- Collecting all Reports from the executive team
- developing and implementing a register for any company property
- Support the team for all administrative duties and requirements
- Liaise with external stakeholders’ bankers, solicitors, centre managers
- Meeting minutes & agenda for executive meetings
- Leave – manage all head office leave
- Insurances – personal, business and vehicles
- Utilities – comparison of utilities finding the best deals
- Head Office procedures and processes
