There is now opportunity with an Office Manager /HR Manager to join them on a permanent full time basis.
THE ROLE
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work alongside business founder supporting administration functions in HR and recruitment
- Ensuring systems and processes run smoothly
- Overseeing staff performance
- Office management, including organisation of suppliers
- Working alongside Business Managers supporting administration functions
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be driven and self motivated, hungry for career growth and development with the proven ability to organise and manage all moving parts of a small/medium growing business. In addition to this you will have:
- Prior experience in an Office Management, HR or people management role
- A positive can do attitude with ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing candidates
- You are proactive and show drive
- Be self motivated and open to opportunity
