Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding individual to effectively manage the day to day operations of our client’s office.
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 P.A
Location: Sydney CBD
Due to an internal promotion our client is seeking the support of an experienced Office Manager to join their CBD office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Facilities management
Recruitment of junior staff members
On boarding process
Administration management
Diary / Travel management for MD
Management of OH & S policies and procedures
HR Coordination
Events & Conference organisation
Provide Secretarial & Administrative Support
Analyst Support such as proof reading and formatting proposals
Ensuring the smooth running of office operations on a day to day basis
To be successful for the role you will have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office management role
Experience managing a team
Excellent Presentation Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
