Job Description
We are looking for an Office & Travel Coordinator to provide smooth and efficient day to day administrative support to our Toll Helicopters team in South Brisbane. In this position you will develop, maintain and use administrative tools to record, track and manage all administrative & travel procedures relating to the day to day operations.
Working as an Office & Travel Coordinator for Toll Helicopters, you will be engaged in a wide range of office tasks and responsibilities. As the Office & Travel Coordinator, you will:
Provide efficient, consistent and effective administration support to all Toll Helicopter members as required.
Work to ensure successful achievement of all travel and administrative functions.
Ensure the day to day administration activities are provided in a timely manner;
Monitor own work flow and processes to identify process improvements and capability gaps and collaborate with the broader Toll Helicopters team.
Ensure accuracy, integrity of data entry.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in a corporate environment as a receptionist / office administrator is highly desirable
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Highly developed planning, time management and organisational abilities
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
Self-motivated, self-starter, proactive and efficient in the implementation of administrative duties
