Position Descriptor:
The position requires skills and successful experience in the curriculum design and delivery of Visual Art and/or Digital Media to a Stage 2 level. It is expected that the successful applicant will also demonstrate an understanding of, and successful experience in, the development and delivery of Visual Art and Digital Media to a diverse range of students in a Middle School environment. The applicant should have skills, understanding and some successful experience in the teaching of Visual Art and Digital Media utilising cross disciplinary strategies and curriculum design. The proficient use of ICTs in curriculum delivery/development and for administration purposes (incl. the use of a learner management system) is required. A knowledge of IBMYP is desirable
