Onsite Roster Coordinator

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual with plenty of administration / Customer Services experience to join our team as a Workforce Planner. You will be part of our thriving Industrial Recruitment team, stationed at one of our largest client sites in Mulgrave. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and confirming personnel for various shifts. As a Workforce Planner, you will manage the rosters for a large-scale client within the blue-collar sector, collaborating closely with the client to understand and address their workforce requirements. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential to your success, as elements of the role will require you to work under pressure. The successful candidate will work from our client onsite office in Mulgrave, Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.
