Our team and by extension, our business, is changing. A shift in our core values has occurred over the last several years, and in a nutshell, the important part looks like this:

Our focus has become about real relationships, both within the team and outwardly to those we serve and interact with. There is a key distinction here to highlight; we mean relationships for the purpose of goodness, and building deeper kinship and positive potential into the community, not building relationships to make more money! 

Every new member will make an agreement with the Ben and Corey (the founders), that we call The Seed Agreeement. The Seed is: 

To Truly Care and Live with Honour;

This is our intent and what we exist for. 

The agreement lays the foundations of what is expected in your attitude of heart, and the key virtues and codes of conduct we are cultivating as a unified team, to support us on a laser focused mission. You will be introduced to this in depth as you progress, if you decide to apply.

So what’s the mission you ask? 

Our mission is: To ignite the Heart back into business, and create truly moving experiences that plant seeds of kinship, seeds of positive potential in the hearts of those whom we serve

Make no mistake, we are a moving business, one of Adelaides most reputable and well known leaders in the field, with well in excess of 30,000 moves over 26 years, yet we hear the call for change in what business is for; we believe extraordinary things grow out of the most unlikely places

We, a team of 23 + big hearted, unique individuals, also have different views on how authority plays out within the team, and we focus on encouraging and inspiring our individual team members intent and effort, as opposed to results and whatever, or however success could be defined. These are just a few of the ways we are creating a difference. 

Nice words huh, but we mean it. It is actually a way of life we live whilst we are working within our collective bubble that is the team at Complete Removals. This is the difference between reading a menu at an excellent restaurant, and eating the meal you chose. We want to enjoy a fun, safe, real work environment where mistakes are celebrated as learning opportunities, differing opinions are accepted equally, and victories are seen as the fruits of us watering and tending the rich soil we grow in together. 

We are far from perfect, but we strive for these unified agreements, in sweet humility, together as a team. Small disclaimer: Our website and social presence is also far from perfect and both are in dire need of a facelift. So if you decide to do some research, please take what you see and feel there with a grain of salt, as its an older version of us we have grown from. 

Now, a little less about the “who” we are calling for, and more about the what …

Key Responsibilities of the role

A considerable percentage of our relocations are by way of a fixed price as opposed to an hourly rate. These moves require an in-home visit/inspection to establish the scale and specifics of the move, and the investment required to purchase A Truly Moving Experience by Complete Removals

  1. Establish that first face to face connection with our new friend, and potential client (prospect)
  2. Provide a quote to the prospect by sharing our message, and service offering as authentically as possible
  3. Use Complete Removals custom built software to:
  • note job size (cubic meters)
  • record an accurate list of furniture + boxes to be moved
  • identify specialist items that require additional attention or tools (i.e. pool table, piano

spa etc)

  • access to buildings (uplift and delivery)
  • estimate boxes and packing materials required for either supply only, or a professional pre-pack (where we pack their boxes as opposed to the client packing their own boxes)
  • follow-up consistently with prospects who do not book on the spot
  1. Record detailed notes of each move
  2. Book in moves using our highly evolved booking system, and plugging the client into our concierge process to begin their journey and partnership with us
  3. Attend various weekly and scheduled meetings for continuous “honing of the craft”, as a moving specialist driving a leading moving business 
  4. Help us evolve in an aligned way
