For over 24 months, we have been an extension to our client’s operation as a Talent Solutions Partner offering services in Human Capital Management, Talent Attraction & Selection and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.

About the role

In addition to the services that Welink. Recruitment already offers, we are looking at building a brand new division in Training Services.
The opportunity will allow the Operations Manager autonomy to lead the development of the new division and establish the brand to be a leading service provider in Training Services.

It will see you:
Establish, build and develop RTO policies, procedures and practices
Development and improvement of training resources and materials
Supporting the Associate Director with general leadership and management of the organisation
Establishing relationships with peak bodies and employers to grow smart and skilled delivery
Recruit, manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
Manage RTO to meet ASQA regulations and guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have

A strong background in managing Training and Compliance staff, and high-level knowledge of training and assessment strategies and ASQA compliance
At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior RTO Management role
RTO Certification or Training Certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Business or commercial acumen
