What does the job look like?
Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an experienced Operational Processing Coordinator to join their Intermodal team based in Acacia Ridge, QLD. A commitment to a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm is required. The successful candidate will assume responsibilities in the following key areas:
Efficiently scan and file run sheets and other relevant paperwork.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records.
Process and validate interstate run sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to resolve any issues related to run sheets.
Scanning, filing and keeping data up to date
Provide high quality administrative and office support

Ideally have at least 2 years' experience in Transport
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment
SAP experience is desirable
