The Gladstone Hospital are looking for an all-rounder when it comes to General Maintenance!
Assist in maintaining buildings, plant equipment and essential services ensuring a safe, reliable and efficient provision of services to staff and consumers of the Gladstone region. A day in the life of the General Maintenance Officer may include:
- Replacement of fluorescent tubes and other lights
- Replacement of air-conditioning filters and clean air handling units
- Minor painting and plastering
- Operation, basic repair and maintenance of non-licenced equipment (hand tools, minor power tools)
- Provision of manual assistance to tradespeople as required

Salary Information (OO3):
Total remuneration value of up to $72,176 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary between $60,556 - $63,259 p.a.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
