ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the recent awarding of the South Australia Housing Authority (SAHA) contract, we have opportunities for Operational Support Group team members in Adelaide, SA. In a helpdesk environment, the Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing work order management and administrative support by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to provide timely and efficient customer service. The Operations Support Administrator will raise and distribute maintenance requests and provide administrative support to the contract team and Client in the delivery of all reactive works related data and information.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience in a similar Operations Call Centre environment
- Certificate III Business Administration is preferred
- Demonstrate high level of communication, interpersonal and initiative.
- Demonstrate high level computer literacy skills, including advanced word/office systems/intermediate excel.
