YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations 2IC to join our high performing warehouse team based in Dubbo NSW to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.
This position is Monday to Friday only!
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supervise day to day operations of the warehouse, branch and trade store
- Maintain a high level of customer service and promote a ‘customer first’ attitude
- Maintain and focus on continually improving safety performance
- Promote employee development and ongoing training for areas of improvement
- Store process improvements to ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
- Good computer skills and previous experience Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in a fast-paced operational role
- Excellent customer service experience with both internal and external stakeholder
- Previous experience with coaching, development and team building of staff is essential
- You are a result focussed who can problem solve and think on their feet
- Knowledge and exposure to industrial products an advantage
- Forklift licence would be highly regarded or willing to obtain one
