About the role
To support our success we are looking for Operations Officers to join the Operations business unit across the following teams:
- Customer Contributions
- Customer Payments
- Customer Support
- Service Recovery and Risk
We have multiple positions available, including permanent opportunities, 12 month max-term/ secondment and 6 month max-term/ secondment opportunities.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Customer service experience in a high workload environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, investigative and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Superannuation or financial services experience is desirable.
