As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the planning, day to day operations, and the execution of prop growth strategies for On-Demand activities across Stores, Carrier and Customer Hub. You will need to be able to work with both internal and external stakeholders across the operations and digital spaces, with the ability to engage at the right level of communication across all levels.
A day in the life of a Operations Coordinator at Endeavour Group
- Develop strong partnering relationships across the BWS, Dan Murphys & Jimmy Brings operations teams to enable end to end planning and effective execution of the OnDemand roadmap.
- Understand performance against the daily and weekly scorecard and drive action to improve or update on operational performance. Be proactive and own investigations and develop partner action plans to improve DIFOT
- Be the go-to person for all day to day on-demand operations across Store, carrier, and service.
- Proactively take the lead to align, coordinate, and execute the operational plan to achieve our customer promise.
- Understand volume forecast projections and ensure carriers and teams are aligned and planned to execute our customer commitments
- Work with the National Manager - On-Demand and Analyst to execute the strategic evolution of the On-Demand proposition
- Be an advocate and a key influencer around safety for our customers and carriers. Ensure out OnDemand carriers understand their responsibilities in regards to safety, RSA, the online code of conduct, and any other compliance obligations.
- Be a connected team member of the customer connections team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies and work end to end as one team and one business.
- A disciplined numerate planner, who is confident to proactively make operational decisions and manage relationships across internal and external partners
- A data-led thinker, that can use information to highlight insights and identify opportunities for improvement
- An agile operator that can move quickly to engage others in operational decisions and adopt a to new ways of thinking and working quickly
- An effective communicator (written & verbal) that can influence internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who is interested in drawing upon learnings of the customer connections team, and has the curiosity to look outside for new ideas.
- Competent with using and building information in google sheets and slides
