Across the Airports team, there are many exciting initiatives planned to help us improve our operational performance and drive better experiences for our people and customers.
This position as the Operations Delivery Manager will lead the project delivery in port to achieve the business outcomes. They will oversee the end to end delivery of relevant programs, maintaining governance, oversight and management of all projects within your Airport, advising on prioritisation and resource requirements, in accordance with the strategic plan. They will work closely with local Port leadership and centralised project teams across the business to develop and implement sound change management strategies and program governance. This role will report to the Head of Port.
You’ll have –
Tertiary Qualifications in Aviation, Business or relevant operational experience.
Experience within a commercial airline operation, Australian Airports experience essential.
Proven project management experience, with sound knowledge of methodologies & principles
Results driven with experience in leading or influencing high-performance teams working under pressure to deliver against deadlines.
Experience in translating strategic objectives into operational programs of work.
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous programs of work and prioritise resources accordingly.
Experience in program, project and change management with excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills dealing with all levels and many different mediums.
Strong networking, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and lead change without authority.
Proven track record in the delivery of large people and process related change management programs.
Working knowledge of industrial relations and HR processes and systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills for dealings with internal and external customers.
High degree of attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity.
