The Opportunity:
Based from our inner city office in Port Melbourne and reporting to the State Operations Manager the role of the Operations Delivery Supervisor is to work with Managers and Team Leaders within the Commercial and Operations Division to ensure the delivery of contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLA’s) of our Commercial Partner contracts. The individual teams within the group are made up of Posting and Cleaning, Maintenance, Rail, and Service Delivery teams.
- Manage and oversee tracking, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting within a Field Operations Team
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Drive operational performance
- Provide guidance and support to Team Managers and Workforce Planner to ensure SLA delivery
- Detailed analysis on operational performance and opportunities for improvement
- Collate data from multiple data sources and develop monthly operational reports and quarterly performance reports that show SLA delivery in a clear and concise manner for key stakeholders
- Assist in the development of Operational process and procedure manuals
- Ensure consistently high service standards are delivered to both internal and external stakeholders
What we need from you:
- A confident, collaborative leader with a flexible approach who exhibits positivity in challenging situations.
- 5+ years’ experience in an analytical or workforce planning role.
- Previous experience in working in an operational field services role is desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering commercial SLA’s.
- Exceptional data management, collection, and analysis skills.
- Articulate and methodical and an ability to problem-solve.
- Proficient in MS Office and related dashboard tools (eg, Power BI)
- Self-motivated, high attention to detail, adaptable with a positive attitude.
- A strong sense of initiative.
