The Role
This is a senior leadership role. You will have the opportunity to drive overall performance by using your extensive experience to direct, optimise and coordinate the flow of stock whilst managing and motivating a large, dedicated team.

About You
• Experience in full range of warehouse operations, logistics and distribution
• High focus on process, compliance and delivery
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop staff
• Solid judgment and strong decision-making skills to independently manage a fast-paced customer-centric operation
• Confidence to work under pressure with a capacity to deal effectively with multiple tasks and competing demands as well a range of key stakeholders
• Experience with financial and budgetary control related to warehouse operations
• Full working knowledge of warehouse compliance, safety and wellbeing practices
Responsibilities
• Oversee the stock control, warehousing and transport functions, monitor the flow of stock across all units
• Ensure quality control of all products leaving and returning to the warehouse
• Responsibility for expenditure of staff and achieving budgetary targets, forecasting and managing contract staff requirements
• Manage the process between Decommission (returned product) and Maintenance departments, to ensure best quality and availability of stock
• Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement to manage the flow of information between sales and operations to ensure fulfillment of all orders
• Participate in staff recruitment and ensure inductions and relevant on job training is delivered to new staff in each business unit
• Provide feedback on performance, seek continuous improvement and innovation
